FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is Valcue?

Valcue is a financial attention system for freelancers and solo service professionals. It helps you see which leads, proposals, and invoices may need follow-up before potential revenue is forgotten.

Who is Valcue for?

Valcue is designed for independent professionals who manage their own client pipeline, proposals, invoicing, and follow-ups.

Is Valcue a CRM?

Not in the traditional sense. Valcue is intentionally smaller and more focused: it helps you track revenue-related opportunities and decide what deserves attention next.

How does Valcue decide what needs attention?

Valcue uses the opportunity’s current stage, activity dates, invoice due dates, and snooze state to build a focused daily queue. It always shows the visible reason and recommended next action.

Do I need to connect my bank, inbox, or another service?

No. You can begin by adding your first client and opportunity manually. No bank, inbox, or third-party connection is required.

Confirmed means confirmed

Revenue is never called recovered without your attribution.

A won proposal or paid invoice is not counted as recovered by default. Confirmed Recovered Revenue changes only when you say a Valcue-recommended action contributed to the outcome.
